Return requests

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

How to request a return

Email Ninja Pro at ninjakitchenpro@proton.me with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Please include the name and email address used at checkout.

Contact our support team for return instructions and the return address before sending an item back.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, appears faulty, or is different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of the item and packaging where possible to help us review your enquiry.
